Work Queue & Appraisals

Nothing open without a name against it and a date

Every outstanding item carries a named owner and a follow-up date, and is chased through its stages. Day plans, department rollups, productivity reporting and AI-assisted appraisals — built because chasing work from memory does not scale.

What actually changes

Not a feature list. The three things your team notices first.

Work stops depending on who remembers

The queue remembers

Anything open has a person and a date. Overdue items rise, so the quiet problem becomes the visible one.

A manager can see the whole desk

Not just ask about it

Department rollups show what is open, what is late and who is carrying it, without a status meeting.

Appraisals stop being an opinion

They read what happened

Reviews are drafted from actual recorded activity rather than from whoever spoke up most in the last month.

What is included

Everything below is part of this product, not an upgrade.

The system underneath it

LAPTech carries live operations on this platform every working day. That is the sales credential — not that we sell software, but that it is monitored the way a system that cannot stop is monitored.

It talks to what you already use

Connections that are built and running, not a wish list.

What it costs

Priced per user, the way you already buy software — except one licence here replaces the WhatsApp tool, the phone system, the CRM, the signing service and the billing package. Compare it against the sum of those bills, not against any one of them.

Starter

₹999 /user/month

The questions everyone asks

Answered plainly, including the awkward ones.

Is this surveillance?

It reports work that is already recorded in the system — invoices raised, calls made, leads worked. It does not monitor screens or keystrokes, and staff can see their own numbers.

Does it replace our task tool?

For work that lives in the platform, yes — the advantage is that a task sits against the customer or invoice it concerns, rather than in a separate app.

Can a manager edit an AI-drafted appraisal?

Yes, and they should. The draft is a starting point; the judgement and the sign-off are the manager's.

What counts as overdue?

You set the rules per kind of work, and the queue applies them consistently.
