Nothing is lost, and we can prove it
Records are counted and checked against the source after every migration run. Where a legacy system holds contradictions — and they all do — you get a list to decide on, not a silent guess.
Every business running old software knows the problem and dreads the cure: the rebuild that takes two years, the migration that loses data, the go-live weekend that does not end. We have done exactly this: a live network across 17 countries moved onto a new platform while the old one kept running.

Three things you would notice, not a feature list.
Records are counted and checked against the source after every migration run. Where a legacy system holds contradictions — and they all do — you get a list to decide on, not a silent guess.
Your team keeps working on the old system while the new one fills up. There is no weekend where the company cannot trade.
Patching a legacy system is cheaper this quarter and ruinous over a decade. We will tell you honestly which of the two your situation actually needs.
Each of these is work we do regularly, not a capability we would assemble if you asked.
We read the old codebase and database and report what it does, what it cannot do, and what the real risk is — before anyone commits to a rebuild.
Talk to us about thisImporters written per entity, run repeatedly, checked against the source, with the mismatches surfaced rather than buried.
Talk to us about thisThe old system stays live and, where useful, synchronised, so you switch off on your own timetable.
Talk to us about thisA codebase your next developer can read, with migrations, tests and a deploy that is one command rather than a ritual.
Talk to us about thisYour team trained on their own screens, and full documentation. If you would rather not run it, we will.
Talk to us about thisMeasured from our own codebase, not estimated. This is the system we build with and run our clients' operations on.
Services are bought differently from licences. These are the four ways, and we will tell you which one your job actually is.
A written scope, a fixed price and a date. Best when you know what you want built.
Ask for a quoteOne or more of our engineers on your work full time, in your stand-ups, for as long as you need them. Best when the scope will move.

No card asked for. Your system is running in two minutes.
Answered plainly, including the awkward ones.
That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly what we came from. We read the legacy code as the specification, because the code is the only documentation that is definitely true.
Assessment is two to four weeks. A full replatform is months, not weeks, and anyone quoting you a fortnight has not read your database. You get a staged plan where each stage delivers something usable.
It will be. Duplicate customers, invoices with no client, dates in three formats. We surface every contradiction as a decision for you rather than picking one silently, which is how migrations quietly corrupt a business.
Yes, and you should for a while. We keep it readable until you are confident, then help you archive it properly.
One line is enough to start. A person reads it and replies — normally the same working day.
