Is a webcam check enough for a serious qualification?

It depends what you are certifying. For most vocational and professional awards, identity check plus locked screen plus a human review is proportionate. For high-stakes examinations you should still consider a supervised centre, and the platform supports both.

What if the internet drops mid-exam?

Progress is saved as the candidate goes, and a sitting can be resumed rather than lost.

Can we write our own questions?

Yes. AI generation is optional — you can author questions directly, or have AI draft and then edit them.
