You can hear what was actually promised
Every call is recorded against the customer record, so a disputed price or a promised delivery date is a thirty-second check rather than an argument.
Cloud phone systems cost around ₹2,800 per agent per month and do one job. Ours is ₹2,499 on the Growth plan — less per agent — and the same licence carries the WhatsApp inbox, the sales CRM, proposals and campaigns. You are not comparing two phone bills. You are comparing one bill against five.

Both columns are per user per month, billed annually. The difference is what you get for it: theirs is a phone system, ours also carries the WhatsApp inbox, the sales CRM, proposals and campaigns.
Not a feature list. The three things your team notices first.
Every call is recorded against the customer record, so a disputed price or a promised delivery date is a thirty-second check rather than an argument.
Calls are transcribed and summarised automatically, and the summary lands on the customer record with an owner and a date. Your team gets the time back and the notes are actually there.
The same seat that takes the call also holds the WhatsApp conversation, the customer record, the quote they signed and the invoice it raised. Four subscriptions you were paying separately, gone.
Everything below is part of this product, not an upgrade.
Agents take calls through a headset on the computer they already have. Adding someone is an account, not a purchase order.

Priced per user, the way you already buy software — except one licence here replaces the WhatsApp tool, the phone system, the CRM, the signing service and the billing package. Compare it against the sum of those bills, not against any one of them.

Answered plainly, including the awkward ones.
A mainstream cloud phone system is around ₹2,800 per user per month on annual billing and gives you a phone system. Our Growth plan is ₹2,499 — less per person — and the same licence includes the WhatsApp inbox, the sales CRM, proposals with e-signature and campaign tracking. Above 50 users on Starter, 20 on Growth or 13 on Complete, Own Cloud at ₹6,00,000 a year with unlimited users is cheaper than either.
No. Agents use a headset with the computer they already have. That is usually the largest single saving when a company moves off desk phones.
In most cases yes — numbers can be ported or connected over SIP. We check what your current provider allows before anything is committed.
Yes. They sit in your own system and your own storage, and you can export them at any time, including the day you leave.
We connect numbers over SIP through carriers, so where you need a local number in another country we arrange it with a carrier there. We are not reselling a 150-country number catalogue and will tell you plainly what is available for the countries you actually sell in.
There is a walkthrough on the live system with real data, at no charge and with nothing installed. We would rather show you it working than hand you an empty trial account to set up yourself.
Tell us what you use today and where it hurts. A person reads it and replies — normally the same working day.
