If what you need is a phone system and your customer records already live somewhere you are happy with, Vonage is a reasonable choice and we would not try to talk you out of it.
Pick us when the problem is not the phone. It is that the call, the invoice, the WhatsApp thread and the follow-up date are in four different places and nobody can see the whole customer.
