We enforce do-not-call lists and calling windows in the dialplan. That does not transfer the legal duty to us — the calls are yours.
It is yours. It exports whole, in open formats, on request or on the way out. Leaving is a task, not a negotiation.
Recording is on by default. Telling the caller is a legal requirement in several countries and is your decision to configure.
